Cookies are small files stored on your device. Farm2You uses them to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and protect the site.

1. Essential cookies (always on)

• Session cookie: keeps you logged in securely while you browse.
• CSRF / security tokens: help prevent forged requests.
• Cart / guest token: remembers items in your basket before checkout.
• Cookie consent preference: remembers that you accepted this notice.

These are required for the marketplace to function. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site will not work.

2. Optional analytics (consent only)

If you choose Accept all on our cookie banner, we record a small number of first-party events — searches, cart adds, checkouts started, and completed orders — against a random visitor id that we generate ourselves.

• Analytics consent preference: remembers whether you opted in.
• Visitor id: a random value held in your session so we can count funnels, not people.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, we do not store your name, email, or address against these events, and we only report totals. Choose Essential only to opt out; clearing site data withdraws consent at any time.

3. How long cookies last

• Session cookies usually expire when you close the browser (or after idle timeout).
• Remember-me / consent preferences may last longer so you are not asked every visit.

4. Managing cookies

Use your browser settings to delete or block cookies. Our on-site banner lets you accept analytics or keep only the essentials, and it records that choice.
